Spring Valley Coffee @ Westgate

My best coffee experience in this country. Stuff is nice and kind. Choice is good. Flat wire is strong and tasty. Recommend it for 100 percent.

Excellent coffee from a smaller roaster in Kenya. All beans aside from their decaf are locally sourced. I really enjoyed the Cortado and their espresso. I will definitely be back again to try other blends and specialty coffees.

A big star for the service. It was great service. Very rare in these Nairobi streets. The space is small and a bit hidden in the Westgate. I had a long black (Elgon). I didn't enjoy this coffee as I found it too acidic. I was informed that I should try the drip version and that it would be a different experience, but am a bit hesitant. The other blend that I wanted to try, they only sell the beans. I am still open to try other blends, but will see. The prices are definitely on the higher side if you compare with the serving you get. They do have none dairy options but they are on the higher side especially if you do the milk coffee ratio. They have a very limited snack menu. This is clearly a purely coffee place. If you have a deep maybe disfunctional relationship with coffee, check them out.
