Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo

I went there with my friends on a rainy day and had to wait outside for a long time just to get inside and then wait for a place to sit. Once we were inside, we looked around, which was quite nice, but when we were ordering our food and drinks (there weren’t nameplates on some items), the staff on the first floor was rude. I understand it’s busy and hectic handling customers every day, but can’t you be a little nicer when taking our orders? We didn’t expect special treatment, but is it too hard to just say thank you? The girl who took our order rolled her eyes at us and had a princess attitude. I wasn’t expecting that from Starbucks staff. Not only that, but the male staff in suits seemed full of themselves, busy taking pictures #NOT EVERY STAFF MEMBER, but the one who took our order and the guys in suits were particularly arrogant. I could only laugh at the situation, considering we pay so much to be treated this way. The food and drinks were cold, too. They made us wait 15 minutes for our items, but they arrived cold—the hot drinks were cold, and the pizzas were cold. It was the worst experience ever. #I recommend that people just go inside, take some pictures, and buy souvenirs, but avoid ordering drinks and food. It’s a total waste of time and money. You’ll get cold food and drinks from staff with attitudes. It’s better to go to another Starbucks for decent service and food. I felt sorry for taking my friends along with me there .

This was such an AMAZING experience! Even if you don't love Starbucks, the store was INCREDIBLE! You MUST go to the bar and try their cocktails! So good and it's awesome to watch as they craft them in front of you. I would've liked to go back a second time! I also had the best tiramisu I've ever had in my entire life!!

This Starbucks is located in a quiet residential area. The building is nice for both interior and exterior. There are outdoor sitting areas too. They carry wide selections of bakery and drinks. We tried many different kinds of gourmet and new drinks here. I would recommend this location to people who love coffee and Starbucks. Also, their Japan limited merchandise are something that you should not missed.
