via GoogleTERRIBLE ATTITUDE- NEVER GO BACK THERE! I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. I arrived at the restaurant first and informed them that two of my friends would join me shortly. When they arrived, there was no one at the reception, so I told them I was already inside and asked them to come in. We wanted to move to another table and tried to ask for permission, but no one paid attention to us. We seated ourselves, and then a waiter came over, questioning how my friends entered the restaurant. I politely explained the situation, but she refused to listen and kept a sour expression the entire time. Her attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. Another waiter, who was aware of the situation, remained silent and didn’t intervene. In the end, we were practically kicked out of the restaurant (she told us to leave very rudely). I will never consider going back to a place that treats customers like this. Terrible attitude and zero service! ( If you read the comment written below this, you will understand how rude they are. Their way of speaking is not nice at all. And they are not telling the truth about the reservation cards. )
Sahar Charara
via GoogleWe ordered a bliny with cranberries, bliny with salmon, Russian homemade cake, and 2 teas. The food was average, nothing special about it. The tea tasted nice, and its presentation was nice as well. The floor tables and place decor is lovely. What made my review drop is the service. We changed tables during our time there. the waitress, who took care of seating us and taking our order, implied (when we ordered the bill) that we ordered food at the first table and didn’t pay for it. I believe she could have made sure of what we ordered in different ways rather than implying that we weren’t telling the truth.

via GoogleA cozy, authentic and lively atmosphere. The menu is affordable and delicious. Vegetarian options clearly labeled. Tradition floor seats and tables offered. There is definitely something for everyone here. On the smaller side, but not suffocating. From one tea-lover to the next, try this place out! (Reservation recommended, but not necessary)

via GoogleStarting off with the most important things: Food: It was simply not good. It tasted bland and unfresh, and I’m someone who’s a fan of central Asian food. Listen to the other reviews - it’s a tea house - and that’s the only good thing about it. Don’t order dinner. Price: Stupidly high for the 3 pieces small of lamb you get in the plov (see picture below). That given the lack of good taste, made for a very dissatisfying meal. Service: Slow and unbothered employees. The entire table had their food and I was sitting waiting 15 minutes before my order came. Location: The restaurant itself is very beautiful and the interior is very traditional. But again you’re not going for a view. Tea: The tea was nice. And also decently priced. Came with some biscuits and the presentation made it better. Overall, I would not go there again knowing what the food was like. Just for the tea? No not really worth it.
