TAKAO DAILY DRIP

My husband and I are coffee addicts, so we're always searching for a great flat white or oat milk latte (lactose intolerant 🙃) We stumbled across this café today and were so happy we did! The oat milk latte was 20/10, and even though flat whites aren't on the menu, the barista was super accommodating and made one for us!!! Amazing coffee, wonderful service, and a great experience overall. 謝謝 (thank you)! We'll definitely be back.

Menu: The hand drip menu features light and medium-light roast options. I enjoyed both the Alishan Zou Zhou Yuan (Taiwan) and one of the Colombian ones. I've yet to try the espresso-based drinks, but it's cool that their latte and cappuccino are made with oat milk. Their scones are also vegan, which is perfect for me because food allergies suck. Service: The barista (who is also the owner) speaks English and is very friendly. He's happy to discuss flavor notes and ingredients (e.g., they source the guavas for their Guava Americano from a local farmer). While I was going through the pot of Alishan coffee, he explained that the flavor tends to slightly change as the coffee cools, so I was able to pace myself accordingly. Location: The cafe is located in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood near Yanchengbu Station and Pier 2. Because the entrance faces the intersection of Juguang St. and Bizhong St., it's easy to locate despite the minimalist signage.

鹽埕區莒光街新開的咖啡廳☕️ 試營運2/10-2/15，12:00-18:00。 店內暖黃燈光搭配白色牆面，有高腳椅靠窗座位，也有椅背座位區，適合體驗鹽埕在地慢活的午後時光，座位區也適合帶著筆電辦公💻。 老闆目前一人作業，目前提供手沖咖啡、美式及植物奶咖啡，未來會提供甜點(老闆說預計年後)，且素食者也能食用。今天點用熱拿鐵，其實自身很少喝拿鐵，特別來嘗試，喝起來溫潤不膩口。 老闆也很熱心提供手沖咖啡試喝，淺焙日曬｜巴拿馬·巴魯火山 阿巴羅太陽神。帶有葡萄的香氣！店內目前有提供五種手沖咖啡☕️！ 老闆十分健談，今日也和老闆相談甚歡👍🏻！

咖啡好喝、環境舒服、老闆健談，很適合辦公、讀書、發呆的一個空間♥️ 非常喜歡，一定還會再來！
