First Visit I only knew it was a small shop at the intersection of Minquan Road and Shangxiang Road before. The first floor is a bar and coffee bean display area with a metallic industrial style (?). The beans were plentiful. Surprisingly, half a pound of beans averaged around 350-370 NTD, lower than I expected. I thought it would be expensive. Looks like this is a place I can consider buying beans from in the future. The shop lets you scan an online menu, mainly distinguishing between specialty beans, blended beans, and single-origin beans. All can be used to make Americano, pour-over, latte, and cappuccino, averaging $100 NTD. I think this positioning is good, because coffee lovers really come here to drink coffee. If it's good, they're willing to order a second cup. The seating is all on the second floor. There aren't very formal two- or four-person tables; there are sofas and small round tables, quite casual. The overall second floor has a wood tone (but when I first went up, I felt a stuffy smell). The lighting is dim and yellowish. There are electrical outlets next to some tables, making it suitable for chatting and enjoying coffee. Not suitable for studying or working. After ordering, you go to the first floor and carry your food upstairs yourself. Perhaps because it's semi-self-service, the price can be kept low, allowing the staff to focus on making coffee. The coffee is delicious. Overall, I would visit again.Young-Il Jo

This coffee shop has a branch, finally one in this area! Business is booming; people are constantly coming and going throughout the afternoon. There are seats on the second floor, but there's a lingering, slightly stale smell. The staff are very polite, and they offered samples of French coffee that day. The menu is accessed by scanning a QR code; note the three colors, representing light roast, medium-light roast, and dark roast respectively.Annie Kao

First time visiting the third branch, the environment was very pleasant, and the air conditioning on the second floor was super cool! The coffee was just as good! Lots of choices and affordable prices 👍truecolor

I'd heard so much about Tamp Temp, but unfortunately, I never managed to try it during my previous trips to Taichung. This time, I finally got to experience it. I really loved the design of the entire store, the atmosphere, the service from the staff, and the drinks themselves. So, after enjoying my meal in the restaurant, I stopped by again to get a latte before heading back to Taipei. I'll definitely be coming here every time I'm in Taichung to chill out; it truly is a Taichill.
