Dropped by to get coffee for my road trip! The service was amazing and explained very passionately. I had the geisha pour over and latte. Both were so smooth and flavourful. The latte was very creamy and well balanced! They also have one dedicated parking lot next to the store! Check it out

Very cool setup for a coffee shop! There are only about 2-3 seats, which might seem uncomfortable at first, but surprisingly, the atmosphere inside is very cozy and inviting. As soon as you step inside, you’re welcomed with a small tasting cup of coffee—a nice little touch. I visited in the morning, and when I arrived, there was already one customer inside. After I sat down for a bit, 4-5 more people came in for takeaway orders. The owner is super nice—very polite and happy to chat about coffee preferences. You can discuss what kind of flavors you enjoy, and they’ll help guide you to the right beans. There’s a great selection, both in bags and for hand-pour options, all at very reasonable prices. I picked up a little to take home—will try it soon and update with more thoughts! Also, it’s very foreigner-friendly! The owner is welcoming and happy to explain the menu, so even if you don’t speak the local language, you’ll have no trouble ordering and finding the perfect coffee.

This is the best coffee that I had while in my Taiwan trip. Good choices of coffee, good price aa well, and top service & atmosphere. Brought some beans for stock at home, affordable prices compared to another coffee shop arround Taipei and Taichung. See my photo to see english version of coffee beans they have.

4.6/5 stars Amazing quality and range of beans I would not have expected in Taichung. Especially the wide range of light roasts and experimental fermentations is something one rarely finds in such a small café. We really liked the yeast fermented Colombian beans. Both aroma, body and after taste were great with the right amount of acidity. Highly recommend it as pour over. Our second coffee was a cappuccino with oat milk and their rose wages Colombian beans, which was alright but nothing overly impressive. Surprisingly affordable for such high quality coffee. We usually pay at least 50% more for such a great cup in Europe. Let's get to the negative things: - the café is really small and not inviting to sit down and relax, there is only very little space - the location is horrible, absolutely mental to have a coffeeshop centimeters from a busy road - there is not even a sidewalk?!?! While you enjoy your coffee you smell all the fumes and get all the noise from the busy road. I guess this is just a Taichung thing but still bothers me quite a lot.

Temp Tamper Coffee is our first pick in Taichung. The coffee is consistently excellent with a refined balance of flavour. The space is relaxed and inviting, though not very spacious and the warm service makes it a place we always look forward to returning to.
