via GoogleThe customer service here is unacceptable. We visited three times and were consistently disappointed. The staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. When we attempted to order coffee, they abruptly informed us that they were closing and could not take our order. To make matters worse, they put up the closed sign while we were still enjoying the sweets we had ordered. We were forced to exit through the back door. This experience was utterly disappointing.
