The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Ok so I like the teas and the sweets. But you guys need to stock up on the products you have on the menu. Whenever we ask for a particular tea or coffee, it's not there. And the savouries are quite dry. I can literally see the ceiling peeling off

The atmosphere outside sitting area is poorly maintained, flies and also cramped up!

Didn't get what we wanted ..I mean it was on menu but they can't prepare . Please come here after confirming. But for coffe it's really good and confetable place to spend with family and friends.

Terrible service. Went early morning, no smile on their faces. When the order was ready, one just came, told me to come and collect it, where I was the only one in the entire café. They were having nice chit-chats and weren’t bothered at all to just serve it. When I expressed my disappointment, no one was even bothered to say at least it was the policy of the place that customers come to the counter to collect it. Not even a simple sorry.
