Amazing attentive service crew! They extended warm greetings and very pro-active, secured seats for us albeit being busy. Cosy and clean, our family’s go to place for late night coffee. Thank you for being in the neighbourhood and satisfying our midnight cravings.

My family and I visited this outlet on 29/09/24, 9.50pm. I wanted to take a moment to commend Aisyah and Ryan. Their service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Keep it up and wishing you all the best in your endeavours. Please relay this message to them! :)

Egg benedict with tea The egg ben. was decently portioned and well presented. The bread was soft with a nice crisp on the edges. I wasn't really a fan of how little runny yolk there was, I cut it in half, expecting the yolk to drizzle down but all I get was a trickle. The taste was very lopsided, all I tasted was the cheese slice. I had a mouthful of sauce, egg, ham, cheese and bread, yet none of them felt present. Honestly for a 13 dollar breakfast, I expected more. The tea tasted fine.

Extremely disappointing service at Coffee Bean 883 Plaza. I was there with my kids and had just sat down for around 15 minutes when the crew repeatedly walked around reminding customers about a 60-minute dine-in limit, making us feel like we were being chased out. As shown in the photo I took, there were empty tables everywhere and no queue at all. When ordering my drink, the manager or crew spoke in an unhappy and unfriendly tone, telling me to inform them earlier if I needed to top up before ordering. I’ve done this many times at other Coffee Bean outlets without any issue. Only this outlet has such poor attitude and service. Is this really the SOP for 883 Plaza, or are customers at all Coffee Bean outlets expected to leave after 60 minutes regardless of empty seats? If that’s the case, it’s ridiculous. Definitely not an outlet I would recommend.

slightly higher compared to regular coffee stalls or kopitiam cafés, but it reflects the international coffee chain standard. Service at this outlet is generally friendly and efficient. The staff are polite and handle orders quickly, which helps keep the queue moving even when the café is busy. Drinks are usually prepared accurately and served within a reasonable time. This makes it a reliable choice if you need a quick coffee fix on the go. One of the best things about this branch is its location within Woodlands North Plaza. For residents in the surrounding area, it provides a convenient alternative to traveling further to bigger malls like Causeway Point just to enjoy a Coffee Bean experience. It works well for both takeaway and dine-in, though if you are planning to stay longer, it’s best to avoid peak periods when it can get noisy and crowded. Overall, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Woodlands North Plaza is a solid option if you’re looking for consistent drinks, friendly service, and a cozy café environment nearby. It may not be the quietest or most spacious branch, but it serves its purpose well as a neighborhood café.
