rich and wonderful coffee here. Worth every penny

Vietnamese coffee wi the condensed milk here is 40k and it is not so good. There is a 2nd floor and it’s nicer than the bottom floor. There are some long tables and comfy chairs. Everything is pretty clean as well as the bathroom. You can park your scooter right outside and there is a plenty of space.

Been here a couple of times in the morning, staff are wonderful. Each time I found that the staff spoke English and were very polite. I really like the oolong tea, or mocha coffee. Pastries here also tend to be good. WiFi worked fine. Guard outside was helpful with my bike. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place for coffee and I'd come back.

Good place to sit down and work. It's not crowded like the Coffee House. It also has a wide range of menu than the Coffee House with many options from coffee, to juice, smoothies, ice blended, tea, and pastry. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes, people play piano here (which is very distracting you from work), and there are also many "bad" real estate agents and cryptos people selling their projects in this coffee (I overheard their conversations unintentionally so I found out that they are scammers). Anyway, the place is still a good coffee place.
