Curve is one of the best coffee shops anywhere. They have an extensive selection of freshly roasted coffee. One of us ordered an espresso and the other an Americano. Curve easily holds its own matched with Blue Bottle or the best coffee shops in Italy. That puts it in the top 1%. Also a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy the order. Lots of coffee equipment on display and essential brewing equipment for sale, along with coffee beans. Only quibble was no mochi or vegan pastry to keep the coffee company.

A cozy and nice cafe by the roadside. It’s not just only a cafe, but also a coffee roasting shop, like a small factory. The coffee I ordered was flavorful and strong taste. It was pretty nice to stop here for a drink.

Ordered a pour over and a flat white. Both had great taste. However, flat white was extremely disappointing. Flat white was poured in large cup and tasted more like a latte. They clearly don’t know how to make a flat white.

Fast forward to 2026 and the Curve is still my number 1 Coffee shop in Taichung. Were in there again today for coffee over ice cream. Very nice indeed, plenty of spaces inside with comfy chairs to relax in. If you smoke there is seating outside.

Really lovely cafe with a cosy, chill vibe. The interior design is on point, but what impressed me even more was the coffee. The latte is rich and well-balanced, and I really like that they serve the dalgona honeycomb separately, so you can control how sweet your drink is. I was a bit worried it might be too sweet at first, but this totally solved that. Definitely a place I’d recommend 👍
