Beautiful amenities and great location. However, it's a shame it's ran by such an incompetent centre manager with an attitude no one can bear with, zero flexibility offered for members of the space. It's a known fact people are reluctant to renew this space due to this person's incompetence. The management should seriously look into this or else loyal power users will slowly fade away.

I had a great experience organizing our corporate event at The Great Room. I worked with Canary Law, and she was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the planning process. Despite having to plan an event for over 70 people in Hong Kong from Singapore, Canary made the entire experience so easy, providing me with different options and references, and working with her team to accommodate various requests. On the day of the event, the team transformed the event space for us, ensuring we had a smooth event flow, while minimizing disruptions to existing members. We were impressed at the speed and precision this was done. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend The Great Room as a potential event space.
