via GoogleI recently had a disappointing experience at this photography studio. Despite charging high prices, I found that 3 out of the 4 lights were not working during my session. This lack of professionalism significantly impacted the quality of the photos. When I requested a refund, I was informed that they could only offer a credit, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I have lost all trust in this studio and would not recommend it to others. I expected much more for the price paid.
