The Ministro Coffee

The vibe is nice. Good place to chill & study. Great items on their menu too. Quality of their coffee drinks and especially their dessert items are nice! Unfortunately, the entire place smells a little weird and the price is about LAK 10,000 higher than most cafe franchises. 8/10

I used to visit there one time with my friend and that will be my last time too. I ordered strawberry chocolate, chocolate shake, red velvet cake and chocolate fudge cake. And I had to wait for around 1hour30mins. I won’t mind if there were so many of queues. But i came before another groups who came after us. Due to there was a lady, who has an authority to cut off our queue, then put at the last and make for her friends first. I’m not sure she is the owner or manager or not. The staff came to apologize us, but that lady she didn’t feel anything and didn’t give us any apology. Why didn’t that lady get in the queues and make it respectively? why did you prioritize your friends first who come after us ? Are your friends more very significant than another customers ? If you don’t really care your client’s feeling, we won’t care you too. Staff are good, but for that lady her mindset and manners are too bad. I recommend that you should open for your important people only.

Nice place to chill and work... Food is super spicy! I love it...
