This cafe, tucked away in a small lane, is unfortunately unreliable and unprofessional. They often ignore or cut calls, leaving customers feeling frustrated and uninformed. Communication is almost nonexistent, and their social media lacks updates about operating hours. Despite multiple visits, I found the cafe closed every time without prior notice, reflecting a lack of transparency and care for customers. I also attempted to purchase their products via PickMe Flash and UberEats, but their response to inquiries was disappointing. When I reached out to clarify details about the menu, they showed no interest in addressing my concerns. I was told the person answering the phone wasn’t at the cafe and couldn’t confirm availability, or they promised to check and follow up but never did. Moreover, some menu items were missing on UberEats, adding to the inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude toward customers makes it clear that they lack proper management and knowledgeable staff. It feels as though the cafe is running without any genuine effort or commitment to providing a positive experience. This level of indifference is extremely disappointing and not what customers deserve. There are many small businesses, cafes in Colombo that are doing an excellent job of providing great customer experiences, so it was surprising and disappointing to encounter this level of service at this cafe. Despite the potential, they fall short in almost every aspect of customer care and professionalism.

A hidden cafe down Rosmead place serving some unique cake flavors. Tried their Matilda and eggnog and it exceeded all expectations. The owner is a kind sweet lady who'll help you out with their bestsellers. Friendly service. Would come back to try their dessert range and matcha.

Some of the best dessert I've had in Sri Lanka! If you're looking to go on a dessert splurge, this is the place to visit. Best key lime pie I've ever tasted! Highly recommend.
