via GoogleRoza Roastery is newly opened but they're already showing they're not joking around when it comes to coffee. When ordering, you can choose between three types of beans: robusta (Cambodia), Roza blend (at the time of writing it was Brazil + Ethiopia) and single origin (Colombia). Going for the robusta, I chose a latte and paid 2$. Flat white is also 2$ and an espresso is 1.25$. The latte's milk was very well done, well mixed and had just the right amount of foam. For baristas who run away once they hear the screeching of milk, be reassured that this was not the case here. The soft sounds of the machine mixed well with the ambient jazz and were the promise of a good coffee. As for the robusta, it had a slight pepperish undertone mixed with nuts. Absolutely delightful. I've fallen into the category of not going to coffee shops so much "because I can make it better at home", but this place is definitely a must-visit if you want to be reminded of why you like coffee. The baristas were also very nice which is a big plus in the service industry.

via GoogleIn my opinion, Roza Roastery (and Roza Caravan) have the best tasting coffee in Siem Reap! This was our first time in Roza Roastery. The coffee shop is very comfortable, cool, and relaxing. The service and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. It is a very great place to have a very great coffee! I highly recommend!

via GoogleI visited this morning and found the atmosphere to be perfect for those who enjoy a quiet environment where they can focus on work or study. I highly recommend this place for students looking for a productive space. Another highlight is the staff although they are young, they are very well-mannered and professionally trained. I truly appreciate the way they communicate with guests. My boyfriend and I have been big fans of Roza since the Roza Caravan.

via GoogleIt's a good spot in town, all the staff are amateurs but friendly. It's a good place to concentrate for work, plus they have a nice playlist.
