I've been renting office space here for a few months, and everything has been fantastic so far! The building is in an excellent, central location. Both floors are always spotless, and I really appreciate the interior design—it creates such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I also love that they treat tenants with seasonal goodies. Selynna and Grace at the front desk have been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my time here.

The Work Boulevard has truly become my home away from home. The space is thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and a sleek, modern aesthetic, every detail feels intentional, from the clean, well-maintained environment to the layout that encourages productivity without sacrificing comfort. What really makes it special is the people. The community associates and managers bring so much energy and warmth to the space. They’re not just staff—they’re part of the community. Weekly social activities and events make it easy to connect with others, and the free-flow beer happy hour every week is an unbeatable way to unwind and build relationships after a long day. I’ve been here a few times on a Day Pass, and honestly, the location is great and the space feels really cozy. I’ve also met a few staff members, including Sanjee and Selynna they were both very helpful and guided me well throughout my visits. Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience.

The Work Boulevard is a great choice for a co-working space. Besides the place always being clean and neat, the chairs are comfortable, and staff are very sweet and always there to provide the needed support. Even working with people from different companies, everyone respects the working environment. And we have coffee all day!

Great office space. 😊 The location is super convenient, near Raffles Place MRT. The view from our unit is amazing. Appreciate Selynna and Haibah's prompt assistance every time. The team are always friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and has everything you need-microwave, fridge, printer, etc. But my favourite is the free coffee. 😊 There's also private meeting rooms and private phone booths I always look forward to Thursdays as the TWB team always prepares some surprise or treats. Highly recommend this place!
