Town Mouse Coffee

Such a gem! The staff is super nice and the food/coffee as well - the sourdough with stracciatella and grilled vegetables was especially amazingdefinitely work a visit:)

Awesome to find small business run by a fellow kiwi in the heart of Berlin. Sebastian whipped up a delicious gourmet mousetrap along with a flat white that reminded us of home. All the best for 2025 mate!

On a mission to try more brunch spots in the city, I decided that Town Mouse Coffee was my next location. A small but cute spot that is divided into two spaces (no laptop / laptop rooms). Upon arrival, there was one table a bit awkwardly under the coffee machine. I settled down, and went to ask for a menu and was told to wait. I’ll say this here and not again: the staff were quite cold and uppity. The barista wasn’t very welcoming, and the server who gave me my food semi-dropped the plate on the table without even a glance in my direction. Apart from this element, everything else was lovely. The coffee (cortado) was flavourful and hot, and the blue cheese mousetrap toast was out of this world amazing. I would definitely return with friends to keep a more pleasant atmosphere, and try more food. Slightly on the pricier side, but that is reflected in the quality of the products. A solid 8/10!

We had a great experience at this place. The atmosphere was authentic, and the service was warm and friendly. They also had an interesting promo through Coinbase Wallet, which scored us a free coffee! The iced coffee was a highlight for me —made with beans from our home country, Brasil. The food was also delicious, featuring an unusual and delightful mix of flavours, Mouse trap with blue cheese, walnuts and apricot jelly!! We highly recommend this place!
