via GoogleI’ve had coffee in a lot of places, from Saigon to Tokyo, and honestly, it takes a lot to catch my attention these days. But this spot, opening soon, has all the right signs: quality-focused, no gimmicks, just well-sourced beans and people who know what they’re doing behind the bar. If you care about good coffee done properly, keep an eye on this one.

via GoogleA great coffee spot that keeps me coming back regularly. Consistently good coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and quality you can count on. Definitely one of my go-to places whenever I need a good cup of coffee!

via GoogleExtraordinary coffee! We took 2 pots, one bean from vietnam (Java) and one from Peru (Geisha). Both had a very clean and bright flavors profiles that we were looking for. If you like to have a great pour over cup, you must come at Tripleshot. Also we had a chance to discuss with Phúc about coffee and everything. He was very kind and fun to talk to!

via GoogleMy first visit was really frustrating as they told me they were closing (4 PM). I was extremely disappointed as no information was displayed on the door nor the Map point. We were still few minutes before 4 PM and they were still prepping orders for other clients. Really bad first impression. When I came back a second time, I was surprised about the quality. The brew for the Ethiopian was excellent. My cup was extremely well balanced. They know what they do and it is rare to find such quality. I hope they will be able to keep the quality over time, and not settle for less in the future when they will have enough good reviews. Something that happens a lot in Hanoi.
