Tullia coffee

Relatively small cafe seems popular among local students. This cafe is pretty dim like a bar and there are 5 to 6 tables in the upstairs that are somewhat workable. Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is 40k and it is good and the staffs are nice.

Cosy cafe with a warm ambience. Plenty of table options and quite spacious with 2 levels. Tables are suitable for working with laptop. Staffs are kind and helpful. The menu offers an okay variety, mostly basic drinks. I had salted cream coffee which was perfect in terms of saltiness and depth. Their coffee is strong, even for me who drinks heavy caffeine on a daily basis. Matcha isn't so good, probably because of the quality of the matcha itself. Their playlist well curated. Defo recommend to those visiting the area.

Super cozy, quiet and chill. The vive is classy. They have really good drinks too. Been here twice and I love the experience here both of the times. The price is relatively cheap comparing to the local standard for this kind of services, environment and drink. Will definitely go back!
