via GoogleWhen I walked in here I was completely floored. The space is so well designed and is so calming. Loved the simple and minimal decor. The coffee itself was fabulous. We tried both the house blend and the single origin Ethiopian. My preference was the house blend. The avocado on toast was also brilliant. The croissant was the only let down. Not flaky at all. Overall loved it. Went back a second time on the same day.

via GoogleSuch a lovely coffee shop. Came early on a Saturday morning and it was not busy at all. Quiet and was able to get some work done. The iced latte was so smooth and the capaccino tasted as good as it looked! We also ordered a side of toast with jam and butter. The jam we amazing, homemade I believe. Love this place

via GoogleLoved this place. Great coffee, super nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to enjoy without trying too hard. Perfect spot to grab a drink and hang out for a bit. Definitely coming back.

via GoogleOverpriced, unwelcoming staff, and mediocre coffee. The food is tasty and the interior is beautiful and welcoming, but that’s where the positives end. The main downside here is customer service. the staff member taking our order did not seem friendly at all, was foreign to hello/hi, incapable of a smile, chose to point to things rather than talk to us, and didn’t heat the croissant we ordered with the excuse that they don’t have a machine. I find it hard to believe that. And if somehow they missed this key purchase they sure seem to afford one with the prices they charge. Speaking about customer service, I had to remind them about the drink we ordered they somehow missed it

via GoogleI recently visited with a friend and treated her to breakfast. Our bill was approximately $44. After returning to our table, I realized that I was missing nearly $80 in cash. While part of that amount was the tip I had intentionally left, it was immediately clear that two avocado toasts and one coffee could not possibly have cost that much. I returned to the counter and politely asked whether there was a camera pointed at the register that could help clarify what had happened. I wasn’t demanding anything - I simply wanted to understand the situation, since I knew how much cash I had brought with me. The cashier insisted that the change she had given me was correct. I told her that if she was certain, I would not argue further. However, what happened next was incredibly disappointing. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she walked away and began discussing it loudly with managers while I was standing nearby. I felt embarrassed, uncomfortable, and publicly humiliated, as though I was being portrayed as someone trying to cause a problem. Eventually, I couldn’t tolerate the situation any longer and returned to my table outside. What shocked me most was the complete lack of care from the management team. Several managers were aware of what had happened, yet not a single person approached me. No one asked what had occurred, no one attempted to understand the situation, and no one made any effort to resolve it or even offer a simple apology for the discomfort I had experienced. What truly amazes me is the level of indifference. Regardless of the circumstances, when a guest leaves upset and humiliated, management should step in, listen, and try to make things right. Instead, it felt as though everyone was simply relieved that I had walked away and the issue had disappeared. I consider nearly $80 to be an absurd amount to pay for two avocado toasts and a coffee, but what bothered me far more than the money was the way I was treated. I have never experienced such a cold and dismissive attitude toward a guest in the United States before.
