VERVE COFFEE ROASTERS

Stopped here a couple of times for breakfast while in town for business, it was one of the few places open at 7 that served something better than commodity coffee. Certainly not cheap being in the Ebisu area, but the coffee was really good, especially the cold brew coffee; a great balance of sour and bitter. The first day I tried a chocolate chip cookie, and the second time was one of the waffles with mascarpone and coffee syrup which was a perfect balance with the coffee.

everything is good. except one thing made me really angry. in the morning,there is one female staff who is very unkind , very bad. I felt like I don't want you come here anymore. she made me feel reall bad. it is not misunderstood. because it was two times I felt really bad. And I did not do anything like rude behavior. I am so feel bad and sad.

i went here at weekend and was terribly busy in the shop! long queue extended to the outdoor and could hardly get a seat. we finally got one after some patient wait, then headed to the order line. i had a limited edition Rosemary Honey latte. the rosemary wasn't infused into the drink, but just sat on the top so it didn't give any taste to it. and the honey wasn't strong too, i'd say overall the latte was quite flat. not worth the wait.
