via GoogleThey open pretty early, 6:30-7, which is very convenient. The staff speaks English well, the menu is big and there are a lot of options to choose from. The pastry is very good here, too! They also serve you with a bottle of cool water, which is rare in Laos but very sweet and comforting. I liked this place a lot.
