Completely wasted my time. I never leave reviews but this was too infuriating to walk away from. Context: My company needed a space urgently to satisfy the local tax department’s requirements. I made VK SOHO Offices aware of this and the urgency of it and that I was willing to sign immediately. Complaint: After spending almost 2 weeks ironing out the details of renting a space and its services, it is when we started doing our due diligence that they magically decided not to rent out the space: 1) they refused to show proof they have the right legal documents to lease the space even after signing the contract and providing a 1-month deposit. I wrote an email twice asking them to acknowledge but did not receive a response. 2) they refused to change any terms on the contract claiming the contract was “standard.” One example of a change I requested is: the lessee/renter is obligated to pay 2 months rent should the lessor/landlord decide to take the space back. Obviously, this doesn’t make sense and is obviously a simple translation error. I requested to change this and even this was refused. Regardless of these two points, I was still willing to sign their “standard” contract provided they clarify these two points via email. This is when their legal team posted an announcement that they would no longer accept companies to register their business addresses there. To be fair, the receptionist I was in touch with was pleasant and helpful enough. But I suspect there is something wrong with the paperwork. I have detailed communication with them should you wish to contend with this story. This place completely wasted my time setting me back nearly 2 precious weeks. Like I said, I never write reviews. In fact this is my first google review ever. —————— In response to their explanation below: 1) No, I asked for these documents AFTER signing the contract and placing a deposit. I made this clear twice on email without a reply. Even with all the contractual anomalies and errors, I was still willing to sign on just to get this out of the way. 2) It is not because you ran out of space. It is because your company, specifically your legal team, said they will no longer take companies on board - and I quote, “our legal team just released a new announcement.” It’s written very clearly in my message exchange. This is after doing our due diligence on the paperwork. If your company was actually out of space, your receptionist would’ve said, “we ran out of space.” I’m pretty sure you don’t need a legal team to announce you don’t have any spaces. So no, I don’t believe your explanation.

A quiet office with an open space and plenty of greenery creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for working. The pantry is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. I will return soon

I rented a meeting room from VKCOWORK couple days ago and it was amazing! The room was big, nicely designed, and had everything we needed. The amenities provided worked perfectly, like the projector and internet connection which made our meeting really productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for all your business meetings
