via GoogleChanced upon this place after lunch at a neighbouring restaurant and decided to pop in for a quick look - glad I did, because it turned out to be such a comfortable space. The open layout and simple Japanese-inspired décor give it a calm, minimalist feel. It was empty when I first walked in, but the place quickly became busy during my visit. There are plenty of tables, and everything is clean and well-kept. The servers are friendly and also give helpful recommendations. I ordered a mix of takeaway and dine-in items. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the desserts really surprised me - they were light, fluffy, and genuinely tasty. The matcha latte was also a good size (unlike many places that serve it in tiny cups), and had a nice, well-balanced earthy richness that wasn’t overly bitter. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely return to try more of their desserts.

via GoogleJapanese style cafe serving drinks, pastries, cakes and ice cream. Atmosphere is very comfortable with Japanese style seating, surrounded by nicely designed gardens. The croissants were very flaky and tasty - recommend the chicken ham and cheese and mentaiko croissants. The coffee was of decent quality (don’t expect latte art/ roaster level). Note, this place doesn’t offer WIFI.

via GoogleAbsolutely in love with this place! Xiao by Crustz serves up some of the most creative and adorable pastries I’ve ever seen—just take a look at the desserts (my pic). The design of the chocolate bomb and the little smiling character are incredibly cute and meticulously crafted. Taste-wise, they are phenomenal, perfectly balancing rich flavors without being overly sweet. At roughly 8.80 SGD a piece, the price is incredibly reasonable for this level of artisanal, high-end presentation. It’s the perfect spot for a sweet treat that delights both your eyes and your palate.

via GoogleReally cute and chill place. Such a cute selection of pastries and cakes, loved how mini they are so you can try a range of options. Service was great too and they were super friendly. Definitely will come back to try the coffee and more of the pastries!
