Grabbed a drink from this ZUS outlet on 05.02.25. Clean premise. Staff were polite & friendly but seemed overworked. Toilet was clean as well. 👍🏽

Barista Leon provided an exceptional level of service that made the experience genuinely memorable. His knowledge of the menu and thoughtful suggestions showed real care and expertise, and his attentiveness never felt forced or routine. Even as a visitor passing through, the quality of service alone is reason enough to return.

Visited This branch today Sunday night and had a really pleasant experience. While ordering, I realised payment was cashless only (card & selected QR). I didn’t bring my card, and the QR available was only Touch ‘n Go & Maybank, which I don’t use. One of the male baristas (Chinese guy) kindly offered to help, “Miss, you can QR me first, I help you pay.” Small gesture, but honestly besar maknanya for a customer. Tak perlu pergi ambil card dalam kereta, sangat memudahkan. This kind of service not everyone will do these days. Really appreciate his gesture. Kudos to the Male barista, well done 👍 Definitely will come back again.

Order ice matcha latte, that cost me rm12.90 and it tastes like shit ☺️ if I wanted to drink milk, I would just go Jaya grocer and bought myself a gallon of milk lol. If you can't make decent matcha pls don't sell it
