ZUS Coffee - Seventeen Mall

Visited Zus Coffee at Seventeen Mall to try their latest Cham series drinks. I opted for the Iced Earl Grey Cham, but found it a bit too creamy for my taste. I couldn’t quite get the coffee flavor I was expecting. Iced Spanish Latte was as good as always. Despite there being only one worker, the drinks were served fast! Thumbs up for his efficiency! Kudos to Zus Coffee for maintaining quick service even during busy times.

On 17th July, the coffee machines were down, so the wait was a little longer than usual, but the staff did a great job informing us and handling difficult customers politely. Well done! 👍🏻 To Zus management, maybe it’s time to consider upgrading the coffee machines for smoother operations. This isn’t the first time they’ve broken down, and I really feel for the staff having to deal with it 😁

Very rude and impatient staff. Its 3.30pm today, 4th June. Ordered take away chocolate and because my Zus app took a longer than usual time to update, she just made us pay for our drink before the app could update and refused to update our points after. Its just fine as no point going to ZUS again.

The drinks are nice, but there are not many seats available.

A coffee shop that sell coffee after 10AM. 🤔 Hey@ This is Malaysia... we drink coffee first thing in the morning. Seriousness under staff....only employed 1 person. Arrived 955am, 5 min bf opening, told her I understand. When you ready at 10am, prepare I am spanish latte; her replied was "tak boleh, u come back later" 🫩😪😵‍💫 Coffee not bad.
