Really impressed with the service here! A customer accidentally took my drink,but the staff immediately made a new one for me and even apologized although it wasn’t her fault. She handled it so kindly and professionally even when the shop was busy 💖

Worst customer experience. The app was having issues and I told the staff that I have paid. 20 mins later, the order hadn’t been prepared (even though she told me she will prepare it manually first) and staff told me to cancel the order on the app after I pressured them to give me a response. 1 hour later after I’ve long left the store, I was notified that order was delivered. Until now I still can’t get a refund from Zus. The staff knew we were facing issues but they didn’t even try to help. They just looked confused and helpless and finally turned away and continued to make their drinks. I also tried to order manually through the counter but no staff would entertain me or even noticed I was trying to order. I truly regret choosing this branch.

Best ZUS branch in Kajang. No cap. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Environment is cozy and very clean! Drinks quality is very nice too, i love this branch! Staff in this branch deserve a raise!

Terrible ZUS apps when I at ttdi grove no in list. Cashier / worker not friendly and not explain to customer why this happen I give 1 star because I cannot enjoy your 10% of when order!!! Please improved your system!!
