Visited APM last Monday, and truly enjoyed the vibes here. The signature char siu rice was absolutely irresistible, such a satisfying meal. They offer two coffee bean options, and the barista’s skills were impressive. Great service from the team as well. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

A cozy and simple design cafe. Staff were polite and helpful. Ordered the apom toast, which took quite some time to be served. It was not good. Heavily burned in middle and edges, which causes the bitterness. There was also no peanut butter taste. Corn taste overpowered everything else. Ordered the fermented lemonade. It was quite good and refreshing. But too small for its price.

The café has a very laid-back and chill atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to slow down and enjoy coffee or dessert. Two highlights for me were the Tofu Cheesecake and Ah Mui’s Sour Plum drink. The cheesecake was light, smooth, and not overly heavy, while the sour plum drink was refreshing with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. Overall, the menu feels simple but thoughtfully done, and the experience is really enjoyable if you’re looking for a more relaxed café vibe with good drinks and desserts.

I'm so happy to have a great cafe comfort food and delicious coffee near my home! Their most famous dish is the char siu that the owner grills himself every morning with homemade scallion oil/chili oil noodles, and the char siu comfort bowl! The char siu with scrambled eggs on rice is pure bliss!

Airplane Mode Coffee lives up to its cool name — a calm, switch-off kind of place where time slows a little. The space is unfussy and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to linger without feeling performative about it. It’s the sort of café that works equally well for quiet solo time or an unhurried conversation, with a mood that feels intentional rather than trendy-for-the-sake-of-it. The standout surprise is the dumpling gyoza: crisp at the base, juicy inside, and clearly treated as more than just a side dish. It pairs unexpectedly well with their dirty latte, which is bold, creamy, and confidently bitter — no over-sweetening to hide behind. Together, it’s a combination that feels playful yet grounded, the kind that makes you remember the café not just for the vibe, but for what actually landed on the table.
