Slowest boba tea shop I’ve ever had. So many staff but making tea so so slowly. Drinks are fine. It took 5 min to make only ~1 boba. Rly need to improve the efficiency pls.

Today I visited Arteassan LIC location and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They all work very fast and the drink tasted amazing. I ordered the Coconut San Boo Long and it was so flavorful. All the toppings made it taste like a dessert, very good for a summer day.I also loved their cute pet themed packaging. It made the whole experiance feel more fun and unique. I was surprised by how many unique drink flavors they have, including guava and durian, which you dont usually see at most boba shops.By accident I dropped the drink and the staff cleaned it up right away and even offered to make me a new drink. While leaving, I noticed they also sell desserts like tiramisu. I definitely need to order that next time!
