Loved it!!! Old school italian. Food and wine is delicious and excellent prices. Sandwiches are the main fare. Locals inside chatting it up, italian music playing in the background. Every other restaurant playing north American music....I am in italy, I want italian music lol. Come by, have a bite and enjoy the ambience!

I come here literally every day Monday- Friday. They have some of the best cornetti (croissants) I have had in Venice and maybe in Italy (I live here). My macchiato is always amazing- good coffee in general. I’ve had a spritz before and it was not my favorite. To the negative reviews about prices changing, I can see this happening. We have had this happen once to us here but my husband said something and it was a mistake/ confusion on what we ordered and quickly corrected. My husband who is Italian will speak up however if there is a problem and it could be true they treat foreigners differently. It is a local bar that many Venetians who live here go to. I have to say that staff/ women who serve us every morning however have been so kind and remember us. I love my perfect macchiato every day! *EDIT: For those who do not know, the price is different if you drink your coffee standing up at the bar as opposed to sitting outside. Sitting outside at the tables will always cost more than going inside.

Don’t go there! Different price for tourists. I paid 4€ for a 0.1l of Tonic Water, from an open bottle.

Be careful! ❗️Total rip off. Was charged different prices each day by different stuff members. It’s not worth it.
