MAJER Via Garibaldi

Very tasty brasserie in Venice Italy. We stopped there for breakfast one morning and were not disappointed. The coffee was excellent and both the sanwiches and the sweets were tasty. The service was great and we enjoyed many small delicatessen. We recommend this place for breakfast whole in Venice.

Amazing, definitely worth the walk. After a gorgeous walk along the south coast of Venice and then along this equally gorgeous street there’s this wonderful spot. The tea smelled so good and tasted amazing with a packet of sugar and the pastry was just as good. So cheap too. I got the “red tea” some type of fruit tea made of wild berries, hibiscus, and rose hips. There’s also outdoor seating so you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.

Coffee was delicious, croissants were flaky with a slight chewiness in the centre. We came here yesterday and had the raspberry and lemon crème croissant and today the crème (custard). Both exceptional. We also had to come back for their green olive focaccia, one of the best I’ve had. The pigeons are home here, and a spray bottle was left to assist in shooing them away. Highly recommend this stop for breaky.

Excellent place! The croissants are absolutely amazing, and the pizza is delicious! We also had a funny experience. There’s a sign at the entrance warning that seagulls may try to steal your food—and it actually happened to us! 😂 Great bar, highly recommend it! Everything was delicious!!
