I went to this place to get a cup of coffee just now. I like this place cos it is prepared very speedily exactly like what is expressed in its name- EXPRESS. They sell a variety of coffees but I prefer the flat white coffee. It’s so so aromatic that a whiff of it will want you asking for me. It’s extremely smooth n just as creamy. The sweetness is just the right kind. Once you have tasted this , you won’t go n get the exorbitantly over- priced branded American coffee. Trust me. You really get your money’s worth here. Won’t you wanna try? How about now?

There is no other better place for takeout coffee, I would say baristar was a pioneer in PJ ...The coffee is reasonably priced, beans has great aroma and taste well rounded. Has been my daily coffee fix in uptown whenever I work from office.

Bought matcha latte here, but I regretted spent my rm9 for a cup of matcha latte that was watery and almost taste like aik cheong 3 in 1 blend that they just bought in supermarket and pour the hot water down inside a fancy cup. Literally does not taste anywhere near matcha. The shop is cute, but the quality of the beverages serves does not match the price spent. Please do better, serve a good beverages and people will come again.

Such a scam. I ordered matcha red bean latte, had my first sip and I immediately can taste the 3 in 1 aikcheong powder that you can bought from supermarket. They charged me Rm 16 for this. Oh not to mentioned THEY CHARGED You FOR ICE?!?!? Goddamn the economy. How absurd. No wonder the whole making process is so darn fast like they don’t even need to whisk the matcha powder. Periodt ugh. *edited: oh ya, apparently owner loves to give salty & egotistical responses to negative experience reviews, instead of improving and working on it. Way to go Karen If ppl comment on ur matcha latte taste weird, check ur matcha quality. But no, owner chose to give egoistical responses instead. Smh 🤦
