Best bread in Japan! The owner was so lovely and heated up my quick snack for me (Spinach and Bacon Twist. Was DIVINE and very fresh. Also had some olive bread which was easily best sourdough in Japan. Took a photo halfway through it

This place deserves 5 stars. It’s really clean inside. You feel so welcomed. The morning staff especially is always helpful and pleasant. They play nice music. I usually arrive 7:55 am and I know they open at 8:00 am but she would let me in. I come here before going to work. Their bread is really delicious and I think it’s now my favorite bread shop in Tokyo. I’m sure that I’ll continue supporting them. Thank you for the delicious bread.

As a Google reviewer I count on Google review to identify new restaurants and places to visit especially while travelling. This bakery has a 4.8 Google review that’s very reassuring. As it is not close to subway station, I took a 40-min walk from my hotel. This bakery is truly a hidden gem. Decoration of the bakery is very pretty and offers a very comforting ambiance. Great music. All bakery are pre-packed for easy selection with name tags to indicate the ingredients. Some variety of the bread offer half or even quarter size! They are very soft and fresh. The store has some seatings to allow eat in. Staff are very friendly and patient to allow me to take photos. I bought a few items and they offer me three big slices of sour dough bread for free! They definitely live up to the 5 stars rating! Highly recommend.
