via Googleいつもお世話になっております。 立地の治安は微妙ですが、駅近のためよく利用させていただいております。 他の方も書かれていますが、夜は大声で話し続ける方がいたりと勉強や仕事で使う身としては使いにくい印象でした。 入会時に身元確認はされていると思うので、たまに夜間見回りや会員証の照合をしてくださる等、対策していただけると本来の目的に沿った利用者が安心して利用できると思います。 室内は綺麗にされていて、快適に利用させていただいています。 ワークブースの除菌水ですが、中身がドバッと出てしまうためスプレーボトルを変えていただけると嬉しいです。

via Google料金が安いので使いやすい。 毎日使うならネットカフェよりも断然安いのだが、深夜に行くと寝ている人がいたりする。 まあ確かに夜間宿泊するのに利用するなら、こんなに安いところは無い。冷暖房完備で、深夜は利用者も少ない。 でもそういう使い方をされると、ちょっと普通の利用者は敬遠しがちになる。 夜間は受付に誰もいないので注意する人もいないので、無法状態になってしまう。 深夜寝る人は出禁にするべきだと思う。 デスクの掃除は除菌などはほぼされてないので、利用前に自分で除菌してから使うのを推奨。 備え付けの備品も同じ。 トイレがココは汚い。 出来たばかりなのに汚い。 利用者もモラルの問題もありそうだけど・・・・・。 センサー部分とかも超汚いので、毎回利用する時に拭いていたが 馬鹿らしいのでそれもしばらくしてヤメた。 八王子はOPENしたばかりで綺麗なのだけど、そこまで広くはない。 その広くないスペースに結構な数の席が用意されているので、窮屈な感じがする。 あと、コレはビズコンフォートには関係ないけれど 夜はあまり治安がよろしくない場所にある。 エレベーターも狭く小さいのに、階段が利用出来ないので、コロナ化でちょっとどうなの、、、、と思う。 せめて下りくらいは階段使いたい。
