口コミ書こうかなと思っていた矢先、一方的に苦情を書かれているのを見つけ コンシェルジュさんが心配になりました。 安価なのに 24時間好きな時間にいつでも作業が出来て、ドリンクや印刷は無料だし、冷房効いていて涼しいし、 何よりコンシェルジュの女性が一人で京王八王子店を回しているから本当に凄いと思います。 「休みはあるんだろうか…」って思うほど、毎日のように居てくださる気がします。 色んな人が居るからこそシェアオフィスな訳で、他の利用者が気になるならば、自分で事務所を借りるなり自宅で作業すべきかと。 駅チカだとしたら、ガヤガヤ街が賑やか過ぎてうるさいから 少しお散歩するくらいがちょうど良い。 八王子に2号店を作ってくれて有りがたい限り、重宝しています。

元利用者。 年齢層高め、40~50代、男性が多い。最低限のマナーどころかルールすら守れない中年だらけでびっくり。まともな人はみんなやめて変なのだけが残ってる。利用者の質は値段相応の安かろう悪かろう。 唯一問題解決できる運営側がマナーやルール違反を利用者側の問題と捉えているようで、問題は放置。一生解決することはないでしょう。運営の対応も値段相応の安かろう悪かろう。 実際に利用した感想はこれ。でもなぜかGoogle口コミは高評価だらけ。2023年9月頃に施設設立1周年なんてやってるときは口コミ数が50以上あったような。みなまで言いませんが、口コミの内容と実際に利用した感想はかけ離れている。 ご参考までに。 補足 まさか別の利用者の方から返信が来るとは思いませんでした。ルールも守れない中年利用者とその対応をしない運営の批判をしたつもりが、前者は文句あるならやめろと言われ、後者はコンシェルジュ批判に勝手に置き換わっていて驚きました。ルール違反に文句があるならやめろと言う言葉が利用者から出てくるとはこれはすごい。 勘違いしてる変わった利用者もいらっしゃるようなので念のため補足しておきます。 “今後の参考までに「マナーやルールの守れない中年だらけ」とありますが、具体的にどのような点なのかぜひ教えてくださいませ。” 数日前まであったのになぜか口コミが削除されていますが、軽食OK(軽食の定義も掲示)のルールで、においの強いもの(定義外)を食べる50代の人なんてのがいい例です。こちらもなぜか口コミが削除されていますが自転車に悪戯をする利用者の苦情口コミもありましたよね。この利用者たちを「マナーやルールの守れない中年」と言わずして何というんでしょうか。ちなみに自作自演ではありません。 おそらく運営側が利用者のレベルを理解していないんだと思います。共同生活をする場所なのに他人に気を遣えない共同生活に向いていない自己中心的な人がたくさんいる。本来は共同生活をできない人が個室を借りるべきなのに、文句を言っている側に個室を借りろ、というあたりに利用者の質の悪さがよく表れています。 具体例は上げだしたらキリがないので、利用者・元利用者に匿名でアンケートをとってみたらいかがですか。それか1か月ほど潜入で利用してみてはいかがですか。これだけ利用者がいれば口コミや問い合わせでクレームがたくさん入っているのではないですか。果たしてちゃんと問題解決に向かう対応をしたんでしょうか。近々の問題の焼きそばを食べる人にはどう対応するつもりですか。 値段を下げた分だけ問題対応サービスを下げるビジネスモデル(私が指摘した値段相応の安かろう悪かろうの意味)と割り切っているならいいと思いますが、そうでないなら問題にはすべて対応をし解決したフリまたは問題を見てみぬフリをするのはいかがなものかと思います。 残念ながら今後当該施設を利用をする予定がないので余計なお世話かと思いましたが、要望がありましたので追加で書き込みをしました。

2024年春より、レンタルオフィスを借りております。 入居して半年・・・極めて満足!!! レンタルオフィスを選んだ理由としては、 ①コンシェルジュがいること ②セキュリティが整っていること が大きかったです。 BIZcomfortのレンタルオフィスは人気があるので空室待ちをしていましたが、 たまたま空いたBIZcomfort京王八王子は、 めちゃめちゃ施設がきれい! 来所いただくお客様に施設内を案内すると、 「すごくいいね!!」と褒められます。 この施設がきれいなのは、 コンシェルジュの横山さんがいつも施設全体を管理されていて、 入居者が過ごしやすくなるように配慮してくださっているからです。 そして困ったことがあると、親身に相談にのってくれます。 いつもありがとうございます(*^^*) 木曜日はカルディの珈琲を用意してくれたり、 お菓子DAYがあったり、 レンタルオフィスならではの楽しみがいっぱいです! 今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
