Nice shop, friendly staff. Next to immagration place so when their mandatory lunch break catches you off guard you can come here to calm down and get over the inevitable waste of your time. I walked past this shop close by immigration in the evening and decided to stop by to relax and take a look. Unfortunately, the experience was very unwelcoming from the start. As I approached, an older man was sitting outside the shop with his legs up, watching videos on his phone. When he saw me coming, he gave me an annoyed and unfriendly look, as if I was already bothering him. When I went inside, he spoke in a loud and rude tone and asked, You want to buy?!!This did not feel like a normal or polite greeting. I told him I just wanted to look first and see what was available. He then started repeating my words in a mocking way, saying “depends, depends” and “maybe, maybe” several times, sounding grumpy and sarcastic. It was clear he did not want to help, explain anything, or even stand up to do his job. I finally told him that if it was too much effort to help a customer, I would go somewhere else and wished him a good day. Only after that did his attitude suddenly change and he acted like he did not understand what was happening. This is not how a shop should treat customers. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I left without buying anything. I will not return, and I recommend choosing another place where customers are treated with basic respect.
