Breadologie Bakery

This is our go-to bakery every Sunday. Make sure you’re ready to spend money because when you see their selection of baked goods and pastries, you’ll keep adding more to your order. It’s just impossible for you to resist as everything looks super good and tasty! The area is small so only a few people at a time are allowed to enter - which is not a dealbreaker because the staff are very attentive and will make sure you’re helped ASAP. Best Food Items IMO: Chocolate Croissant, Pistachio Croissant, Bread Pudding, Lasagna Quiche, and Chocolate Tart with Whipped Cream topping. If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out a lot.

These croissants are superb. Fresh, buttery, soft, & flaky. The brownies are moist & the right amount of richness in flavor. It makes me happy supporting a small business.

You’ve got to try this bakery I’ve been going to, Breadologie Bakery. It’s such a cozy spot, and the pastries are out of this world. I always go for their croissants especially the almond and pistachio ones. Each time I visit, I try to pick a different one, but I keep coming back to those two. The almond croissant has this amazing rich, buttery flavor with a crunchy, nutty topping that’s just divine. And the pistachio? It’s a game changer. It’s slightly sweet, with that unique pistachio taste that’s not overpowering but just right. They somehow manage to make it feel like a treat that’s both indulgent and refreshing at the same time. Honestly, popping into Breadologie feels like visiting a friend who just happens to make the best baked goods. You’ve got to come with me next time; you’re going to love it!

This place has some of the best pastries in the valley. The croissants are the star of the show, but everything they have is excellent. If you haven’t already, treat yourself and find your way to Breadlogie soon!

I haven’t visited Breadologie for a few years and upon entering overheard another customer talking to an employee saying ownership changed earlier this year. I can’t recall exactly how the food tasted before but it seems the new owners may not be keeping up with the old quality. I ordered a croissant, bacon onion cheese pastry, and Vietnamese coffee. Everything is well priced which was nice. About $4-5 each. The Vietnamese coffee was anything but a Vietnamese coffee. It tasted like a regular iced coffee and creamer. The bacon onion cheese pastry had a good amount of bacon and the pastry was flaky and moist, but there was hardly any cheese and no taste of onion at all. The croissant was also just okay. I’ve had worse but also had far better. The exterior was crispy and flaky but the interior was doughy and dense. Neither pastry was greasy which was nice but that could also mean the lack of butter isn’t giving it tang extra “umph” of taste and texture
