via GoogleCoffer is a small shop but provides the whole different coffee experience in HK. The barista is such a real artisan that has much love with what he's doing. I love the way he takes time to explain the bean selections, the notes, and how to enjoy it to the fullest. You just can tell that he's sincerely want you to have best sips of your coffee. Their watermelon coffee is one of the finest coffee in HK, and the cherry roll cake is delish. The price is a bit on the high side, but given the whole experience it's all worth it. It's such a gem to find coffee shop in HK who's not rushing you, the staff is not being rude, and yet has very good coffee and presentation, all in one place. Visiting Coffer is one of the highlight on our HK trip.
