Craft Coffee Roaster (Wanchai)

A very nice fragrant and refreshing cup of pour over coffee using their geisha beans. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well.

Coffee is great. The problem is: there are too many people inside. The coffee shop has 2 zones. 1st zone is for regular customers. Second zone is only for pour over. The pour over zone is free, but the zone with regular customers (like espresso, white and black coffee) is stuffed with people. If you want to have an espresso, then you can’t go to the 2nd zone. You will be kicked off. You have to crowd in the 1st zone. I put 3 stars at first, but now I want to low it to 2. The experience was ruined by employees by kicking me off the pour over zone. I also want to have an experience like those guys sitting on a bar. My mood is broken. With that mood coffee tastes bad.

Hidden gem. Was for couple of times. Flat white is amazing. Huge variety of beans. Was very surprised that for your coffee you have to choose from 6 or so different beans. Usually I saw no option or 2 max. Definitely worth to visit.
