via GoogleA small yet informative museum just outside of downtown Dili. There is a coffee shop located at the museum as well. Great place to visit to immerse in the culture and history of East Timor. Beautiful view of downtown Dili and the beach as well.

via GoogleI'm not sure why people complain about the drive up to Dare. Look at a map. It shows it's a twisty mountain road. The view of Dili is one of the best I have found. The information panels are interesting. Whilst I didn't have a meal, the menu looks pretty good, as do the pizzas.

via GoogleA true hidden Gem near Dili! The Cappuccino was just as it should be and the Views are amazing. You can see all over Dili from here. They have a lot of spaces and you'll also get some History lessons in the entrance area. The Terrace is really beautiful. Would highly recommend.
