Ha-Ha Kafe

A nice little Café across from the sea. The staff was welcoming and very nice. I had the banana bread and a juice, both were fresh and tasty. It looks like a good place to unwind with a book or to get some work done on a laptop. The seating is quite good and the tables are spacious. I plan to return. Updated: I returned for breakfast, had the avocado toast and orange juice, and both were excellent.

Good food and drinks. Nice clean and quiet environment with a kids play corner.

We had an excellent experience eating here, the food was the best we had in Dili and super delicious and fresh. The team here is amazing and service was great!
