I absolutely love Desk-one! It's a perfect blend of comfort and productivity, with a great atmosphere that inspires creativity. The facilities are top-notch, making it easy to focus and collaborate with colleagues and the best part is the incredibly friendly staff who makes everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to boost their work experience!

During a rushed 4-hour transit in Hong Kong, I needed a private space for a virtual client meeting. My secretary quickly found a location in Mong Kok, and I arrived at the reception around 9:20 AM, slightly ahead of their usual hours. I was thoroughly impressed by Karlo's exceptional hospitality. Despite the early timing, they promptly arranged a spacious and comfortable room for my meeting. They went above and beyond by lending me a laptop charger when I realized I had left mine in my checked luggage at the airport. Their thoughtful service truly saved the day! To top it off, I even recommended a fantastic spot for my next visit—a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Their professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant transit. Highly recommended! Beautiful space with different areas for different purposes - private meeting room (requires at least two people; note only one booking per day allowed), quiet room, and rest of the open space. Internet is fast. Snack and drinks are a highlight. View is great from the top of the building. One downside is the temperature - saw lots of people in winter gear as they were prepared for cold air blasting.
