via GoogleAmazing cafe—in my opinion the best in Dili. It’s great for a cozy little study session, and even better to practice your Tetun. Fatima is so open and friendly, willing to have a conversation in English, Tetun, or Portuguese.

via GoogleThis is the second branch of Fatima Cafe in Dili. It's placed near the Embassy of China, quite easy to find. Despite the pricey tag, their coffee is great though. The cafe directly faces the sea, so it has great ambiance, especially on the 2nd floor. Recommended.
