Gibsons Coffee Ltd Eastern bypass

There customer service is pathetic. We went to gibsons mpaka road at around 6pm and had our coffee then decided to have a few drinks. At around 9pm we called the waiter and asked her to alert us when they want to close for us to leave and she was like ' it's okay you guys enjoy'. At 10.10pm a very annoying light skin lady comes and bangs out table and says we should leave immediately she wants to close cause she will miss her matatu home. We agreed with her and since we had just been served unopen drinks a few seconds ago we requested if we can finish and leave but she refused. So we asked her if she can return the drinks and refund the cash she also refused. I got upset and asked why yet we had asked for an early alert before closure but she didn't care to apologise. It's a place that I wouldn't visit again cause of there rudeness but before I used to frequent the place cause it was relaxed and amazing. Customer service wanting.
