Easily the best coffee I tasted while in Dili and yes I did try the other 2 localroaster/cafes. Lovely cafe near local (resident not tourist) markets. Whole roasted fully washed beans I brought back to Australia are beautifully roasted and will be very sad when they are finished as fantastic balance and cut through for a single origin in milk based coffee.
