I stopped by the kiosk in the mall at 7:30-7:50pm, to take some gifts, I asked for 10 boxes/250g, my daughter asked to taste 1 piece and my wife asked to try 1 piece, the answer was NO you can try one only! she was aggressive answering me this way.. I asked if I wanna buy only 1 box can I try 1 piece, she said yes, I told her ok m buying 10 boxes at least we are three let us try 3 pieces, she was stubborn and not professional and she answered me: you want this box or no!!!!! Hello m a customer and buying with my money and not asking you anything free!!! I came from a country we all friendly especially that m here buying with my money and she was so aggressive and disrespectful or maybe need more training!! I feel sorry coz I paid for service i didn’t get. please guys train your staff that it’s nice to serve some samples especially with a customer buying big amount. when you are stingy and aggressive not professional at all and not good for you, your company and your society. There was a french lady and she was surprised and shocked and told the two workers that this is shame.

Nous sommes passées hier pour nous choisir des chocolats de Pâques un peu en retard, nous avons eu affaire à une vendeuse plutôt de mauvaise humeur, un moment qui aurait dû être un moment plaisir a été gâché par cette vendeuse très sèche, contrariée lorsqu'elle a commencé à me servir des pâtes de fruits alors que j'avais demandé des pâtes d'amandes, même si j'avais fait erreur il aurait été souhaitable qu'elle le prenne mieux qu'en me lançant un regard accusateur. C'est bien dommage on s'attend à un sourire, un mot gentil lorsqu'on fait ce type d'achat plaisir.

Je tiens à partager mon agréable passage à la boutique italy 2! L accueil y est chaleureux et convivial! Une dégustation a rendu l expérience encore plus gourmande! À très vite en boutique !
