Mad Roaster

I love their menu & how at the side they provide tags where if you present to the staff you can redeem a free toast or coffee. I enjoyed the kaya butter toast & their coffee was really good, HOWEVER is it good enough for me to put up with their rude service? There were 2 staff in the stall: (i) Didnt even acknowledge customers when I stood in front (ii) One of them was so grumpy she barely even spoke a word but just nodded lol (iii) The lady serving me was so rude. I clearly told her I wanted to order an extra toast but its weird how she can confuse it as me claiming the free toast? And she could have clarified in a polite way but she chose violence. That really put me off. You should look into your customer service as there are so many coffee & toasts options at Amoy Food Centre. Thank you, take care. I wont be back x

honey butter latte iced ($4.90) & Nutella brown butter cookie ($3) were both amazing! I didn’t request for less sweet and I found it to be just the right amount of sweetness level for you to taste the honey butter flavour! the cookie was alright but it was filled with Nutella in the center and had a lot of macadamia nuts sprinkled on it, I could taste the nut in almost every bite. Would love to try their honey butter scone next!!
