Asked for hot tea.. was lukewarm.. Ordered Chai but was not good.. food also okay level but not what you would expect at this price range..

Very nice tea room with a wide variety of teas and a great lunch menu. Unfortunately if you want to make a reservation for just tea it is seemingly impossible. I don’t understand why having a guaranteed reservation is so terrible for them even if it does not require purchasing food. They seem to priorities lunch customers but requiring someone to purchase lunch at 3pm is absurd. When I asked them about when it was possible to make a reservation for just tea they simply stated that it is impossible to make a reservation unless it is for lunch.

Being a tea lover and coming from London, i thought this place was ridiculously overpriced. One pot of tea is 900 yen and min order is one teapot per person. The tea was ok, nothing special. If you just want a place to sit down and chill, go to starbucks a min walk away.
