สั่งอเมริกาโน่คั่วกลาง รอนานสักนิดนึงเห็นน้องบาริสต้าสกัดช๊อตกาแฟไปหลายครั้ง น่าจะเวลาไม่ได้มาตรฐานของทางร้าน บาริสต้าเอาใจใส่ดีมากครับ สุดท้ายได้มาดื่มติดฝาด ปลายไม่มีติดเปรี้ยว ไม่ได้รับความเป็นผลไม้เลย(คาดหวังนิดนึงเพราะสั่งคั่วกลาง)และมีกลิ่นหืนซึ่งกลิ่นหืนทำให้ดื่มไปได้นิดเดียว เสียดายเครื่อง เสียดายอุปกรณ์ เสียดายมาตรฐานที่วางให้บาริสต้า อยากให้ตรวจสอบเรื่องความหืนนิดนึงว่าเป็นที่เครื่องบดEK43 ไม่มีการตบผงค้างออกหรือกาแฟเก็บนานเกินไป

Order a medium roasted Americano. Waited for a bit and saw the barista extracting coffee shots several times. Probably the time is not up to the shop's standards. The barista is very attentive. Finally got to drink it. There is no sour at the end. Didn't get any fruitiness at all (I expected a little because I ordered medium roast) and had a rancid smell which made me drink a little. It's a shame about the machine. It's a shame about the equipment. It's a pity that the standards are set for baristas. I'd like to check if it's a bit rancid. It's the EK43 grinder. There is no slapping off stale powder or keeping coffee for too long.
